Permanent Potion of Mind Reading (5e Equipment)

Potion, Legendary Design Note: This item uses the Permanent Potions homebrew ruleset. When you drink this potion, you gain the ability to cast the detect thoughts spell at will (Not requiring spell slots or material components, though other requirements for the spell still apply). You can cast the spell an unlimited amount of times this way, however, effects that prevent spells from being cast stop this ability from working temporarily as long as your are under that effect (after the end of which the ability returns at the start of your next turn), and effects that end spells such as dispel magic disable the ability until the end of your next turn (And end the spell, if it is cast currently).
