Musicians of the Void have seen the ending of all things. They have come back from the brink of madness to live life anew. The music the play is of a soft dismal nature. My strengthen allies or hurt them to strengthen himself. Enemies are no exception, sap the strength of one to fuel another. The sight of a Musician of the Void will frighten even a seasoned veteran.

Some choose this path of their own free will and some are chosen by the Void itself.

Alignment: Any Evil
Base Attack Bonus: +3
Race: Human
Skills: knowledge Religion 8 Ranks, Perform 8 Ranks
Special: Must hear the song of the Void and survive the madness.[This is for role play purposes, the Void for those that do not know is more or less a black hole for looks only. You must enter and met with Ex Death, Patron of the Void.]

Music of the Void:Similar to Bardic Music, however this completely consumes Bardic Music. Your songs gained before and after you become Musician of the Void will now become songs of the Void. All Bardic Music now will have a fear affect. All who can see the Musician of the Void must make a will save of 10+CHA Modifier+half ECL. All who can hear the Musician of the Void muse make a Will save of 10+CHA modifier+Ranks in Perform. All who can see and hear the Musician of the Void must make a will save of 10+CHA modifier+ECL(Not half) or become frightened for 1D6 Rounds. Allies that make the Will save shall be granted the bonuses.

Inspire Fear:Song from the Void, All that can see the Musician of the Void Perform must make a Will Save of DC 10+Ranks in perform, or be frightened for 1d6 rounds. Following the Will Save you must make a Fortitude Save of DC 10+Ranks in Knowledge Religion, or become sickened for 1D4 hours. This song may only be played once a day. At greater levels more uses will become available.

Blessing of the Void:An ability that allows the Musician of the Void to zap the strength of those around him for a period of time. You must make a Will Save of DC 10+CHA Modifier+half ECL or your modifier for a chosen ability will fuel the Musician of the Void for 1D4 Min. This can only effect living creatures.

Madness Release:The strain on ones mind from the Void will bring most to their knees but the Musician of the Void can handle it. He simply wishes to share what he has seen. A Musician of the Void of 4th level may once per day release his thoughts in a 30ft wide dome. All caught in this must make a Will Save of 10+CHA Modifier+ECL or fall prone in fear for as long as the Musician Concentrates. Every round after the first a concentration check is needed to maintain the dome a DC 10+CHA Modifier+ECL will keep the dome up for one more round. Every round those inside must make the same Will Save stay prone in fear.

Summon the Void:A Musician of the Void my summon the Void to anywhere they can see clearly. The Void is represented by a 10ft tall and wide doorway. This requires prep and take 3 full rounds of focus. The Void can not be summoned on a person but people can be sent in. The Void is a vast dark portal to nothingness. Anything sent in that is less the the Musician of the Voids ECL will be consumed and lost forever. Those of a higher ECL must make a Will Save of DC 10+ECL or be lost. This doorway may also be used as a refuge from attackers. As long as the party is with the Musician they can not fall victim to the Void.

Embrace of the Void:A Musician of the Void at 10th level is one with the Void. If he is to die outside of the Void, he will reincarnate within the Void in one week. All forms of death shall not reach those under the Embrace of the Void.

Those that escape the grip of the Void and alter their alignment will lose all Void skills and suffer from terrible dreams at night.

Some disguise themselves as normal bards so them may blend in but outside that they are feared by all.

Characters with ranks in Knowledge Religion can research Musician of the Void to learn more about them. When a character makes a skill check, read or paraphrase the following, including information from lower DCs.
