You see a giant creature that looks like a mix between a moth, scorpion, and tick. It lumbers towards you apparently not acknowledging your presence.
Motholplex's origins are unknown, but it is said that she is the mother of all insects, and created all insects. She is one of the most powerful creatures in existence and usually does not attack something without provocation. Motholplex is basically a mixture of a moth, scorpion, and tick.
Motholplex has no set battle sequence since it is rarely in battle, so when in battle it is random array of attacks and spells.
(Ex)Poison: Fort DC 90, initial damage 2d8 Str, secondary damage 2d6 Con
(Su)Summon Swarm (bugs): Once every 1d4 rounds Motholplex can summon a swarm of bugs (Monster Manual) that lasts for 1d6 rounds before disappearing unless it is destroyed beforehand.
