A medallion of ability enhancement is a wooden medallion with an image of an animal carved on one side. While the medallion is on your person, you gain benefits based on the animal carved on the medallion.
Bear (Rare). You gain a +1 bonus to Constitution checks. Additionally, you have advantage on Constitution saving throws made to resist the effects of disease and poison.
Bull (Uncommon). You gain a +1 bonus to Strength checks. Additionally, you are considered one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.
Cat (Rare). You gain a +1 bonus to Dexterity checks. Additionally, as long as you are not incapacitated, you do not take damge from falling 20 feet or less.
Eagle (Uncommon). You gain a +1 bonus to Charisma checks. Additionally, you have advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.
Fox (Uncommon). You gain a +1 bonus to Intelligence checks. Additionally, you have advantage on Intelligence (Investigation} checks made to discern illusions.
Owl (Rare). You gain a +1 bonus to Wisdom checks, and additional +4 bonus to your passive Wisdom (Perception) score.
