Marshal's are people who can lead a large group into battle and protect and command the group.

Skills: Leadership 15 Ranks.
Feat: Leadership.
Special: Must be capable of protecting and commanding a team in a battle situation.

[edit] Class Features
All of the following are class features of the Marshal:
Weapon and Armour Proficiency: Marshal is proficient with all weapons and armors and shields
Soldiers: These are men who will follow the marshal anywhere and will trust him with their lives. The Marshal can have up to a maximum of 20 Soldiers. Soldiers can be any class chosen by the Marshal and approved by the DM.
Recruiter: This allows the Marshal to recruit members to his team, they will only follow his directions. To do so he must pay each new recruit 300gp to join. Once joined all he must do is provide shelter and food. Has a 30% chance to recruit a soldier when confronting the targeted personnel.
Strong Soldiers: Soldiers commanded by the Marshal may be 15 levels lower than the marshal.
Skilled Recruiter: Instead of paying 300gp the Marshal only needs to pay 200gp
Promoter: Finding Soldiers becomes twice as easy, the percentage to recruit is increased by 15% for every 100 extra gold paid to the soldier.
Strike Team: May change up to 8 soldiers into melee damage classes such as rogues, warriors, barbarians etc. must be approved by DM
Skilled Soldier: Soldiers commanded by the Marshal may be 12 levels lower than the marshal
Ranger Squad: May change up to 7 soldiers to take upon Ranger classes such as Archer, Master Sniper, Ranger etc. must be approved by DM
Front Liners: May Change up to 5 soldiers to take upon knight classes, such as Knight Tome, Order of the Flame etc. (the Marshal must have at least 1 level in a Knight class or be wealthy enough to be considered a lord meaning no less than 650,000gp to spare.)
Master Recruiter: Now costs no gold to recruit and recruiting is at a 60% chance
Elite Soldiers: Soldiers commanded by the Marshal may be 9 levels lower than the marshal
