You can help D&D Wiki by filling in more elements of the description to bring it up to the same level of detail as a typical prestige class.
This comment does not reflect on the quality of the content, only the quantity. The class may reflect an excellent concept that could simply use more elaboration.

[edit] Class Features

All of the following are class features of The Mage Of Oblivion

At each level you gain new spells per day and an increase in caster level (and spells known, if applicable) as if you had also gained a level in a spellcasting class to which you belonged before adding the prestige class level. You do not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained. If you had more than one spellcasting class before becoming a Mage Of Oblivion, you must decide to which class to add each level for the purpose of determining spells per day, caster level, and spells known.

Master Of Oblivion(Ex): At 10th level, the Mage no longer needs to use the Oblivion book, as it is now burned and destroyed forever.

Soul Scythe: A Mage has the unnatural ability to Summon A Magical Scythe that Gets Your Int mod to attack. If dropped, the scythe will dissipate after one round and can also be sundered as normal. If destroyed in any way the scythe can be reformed on the Mage of Oblivion's next round. The scythe also gets a +1 Enhancement bonus for every other class level the Mage of Oblivion possesses.

Pre-Aura: Gains Int mod to Deflection AC.

True Knowledge: The Mage of Oblivion gains +1 circumstance bonus to Int due to the teachings of the Oblivion Book per two Mage of Oblivion levels.

True Caster: The Mage of Oblivion gets a +1 bonus to caster level. This bonus increases every other level

Battle-Aura: Gains Int to all damage rolls.

Mind Insight: The Mage of Oblivion replaces his base Dex score with his base Int score. If the base Int score were to increase( whether due to level gains or other means) it will not increase the new Dex score.

Oblivion: Becomes able to use Oblivion 3/week. 12d6xint mod force damage to all enemies in a 20 foot radius. A Mage of Oblivion can not use this ability more than once per day.
