This page is of questionable balance. Reason: Makes no mechanical sense. I target any enemy adjacent to me at any point during this turn? But the power's reach is melee weapon, so that would just be any adjacent enemy. Then if I hit, I "travel" 3 squares (move? shift? teleport?) and automatically cause 2[W] damage to any creature adjacent? Why the +2 to hit?
