Charnel touch and a lich's damaging touch both use negative energy to inflict damage, and both can be used an unlimited number of times per day. Undead and characters with the Tomb-Tainted Soul are instead healed by negative energy.

The Leadership feat and a dread necromancer cohort. When the cohort reaches 6th level, give her the Leadership feat and her own dread necromancer cohort. Cohorts can not take the Leadership feat.
