[edit] Physical Qualities
Their skin can be the color of lightning, such as yellow, purple, or blue. Their eyes are black voids, they don't have a noticeable mouth or nose but they do need to breath but not as much as humans do. Their ball lightning color tends to be the same as their own color. They rarely speak but when they do their voice has three different pitches to it, signaling that he/she is something not natural. Lightkin cannot mate or reproduce in any manner. Lightkin never die unless killed by someone or something
[edit] Playing a Lightkin
The lucky few who served long enough were set free of their bonds and let to roam for eternity. These people sometimes also upraised against the gods, thus always ending in death. Most Lightkin that are free eluded the gods and went into the life of hiding.
Lightkin usually never worship any god because of their association with the gods. But if a god other than their master sets them free they usually worship that god.
Lightkin are found on every continent that a civilized race lives on (usually the freed ones hide in extreme environments where no one else could find them). The gods usually assign one Lightkin per tribe, one for a small city, two for a large city, and three or for for a capitol city. Therefore people usually go a lifetime without seeing even one Lightkin.
