You draw your skills from your experiences.
Benefit: Your number of skill points per level is based on Wisdom, not Intelligence. But your way of learning is considerably slower, and thus, your maximum number of ranks in a class skill is reduced by 2 (to character level +1). Cross-class skills are unaffected.
Special: This feat must be taken at first level.
