This is a powerful martial art that teaches not only how to fight in physical combat, but also how to manipulate energy in order to perform devastating long range attacks. This martial art, taken to extreme levels, gives the wielder the power to inflict massive damage and even destroy whole planets.
The Art of Ki Manipulation stresses both physical combat, such as punches, kicks, and holds, with mental discipline and the release of Ki energy attacks. The physical combat techniques practiced in this martial art are fairly basic and are not as powerful or complex as many other martial art forms, but the mental techniques can take many years before even the basics are mastered. Many dedicated martial artists that take this form also take a secondary form in order to increase their physical combat abilities.
This form of combat is available to any race that possesses psionic powers. This includes Humans, Saiyans, and many other races throughout the megaverse.

Effect: Sometimes a martial artist will hear of a danger that will threaten him at some point in the future. In order to meet this danger, a martial artist often trains hard to become strong enough to defeat this unknown danger. With this technique, the martial artist is able to focus his mind and body on the task of training. The artist can train for any length of time that they wish in intervals of hours, but for every day that they spend training they must rest for an entire day at the end of their training, rounding extra hours up to the nearest day. For example, if a martial artist trained for 30 days and 6 hours, they would require 31 days of complete rest. During this rest period, the martial artist is mentally and physically exhausted and all of the physical attributes, except for HP, are reduced to 5 each until the rest period is over. For every day you spend training, you gain 12 training points. Multiply that by the gravity level and you got your points. It costs 50 points to increase a skill by one, 30 to increase hp by one. 20 points to increase AC by one, 300 points to get a ki technique without haveing to have a master and 300 points to get a speed increase by 1.
