Karel: Dream of the Ancients
Is a 3.5 Based campaign world that has been developed extensively with vast resources, although most of it is still on paper but will be converted to digital on this wiki as soon as I am able.
Karel is a world of diverse races, fantastic empires, numerous conspiracies and unlimited opportunities to adventure from any perspective, be it good, evil or neutral. The World of Karel is divided into 3 major areas: The Great Northern Empires, The Island Kingdoms and The Southern Continent. Most of the campaigning is done in the first two, the Southern Continent is vast and mysterious to the civilized lands of the Northern Realms.

The following is a history of the main events in the build up to the present, going back to the creation on Karel by Ancient Humans. The number at on the left is the timeline yearly date from the beginning of the Dawn Age. A year in Karel is the same as Earth Standard, to make it easier for conversions of age etc.

| -1,963,121 | AD-2007. The Ancient ‘Humans’ existed on Earth like today. |
| -1,963,023 | AD-2105. A great war creates devastation and through that devastation a new mostly world government is formed during Karelian Accords in Petrozavodsk, Republic of Karelia, EU. |
| -1,962,503 | AD-2625. After breakthroughs in technology, the ‘Karelians’ go into space and chart the endless universe and rarely finding life on other planets and usually in the pre-sentient stages of development. |
| -1,962,222 | AD-2906. Centuries of environmental abuse, warfare and over-population has taken its toll on Earth. The planet is dying and the Solar Orbital Habitat project commences. A huge 40,000km circumference cylinder ring in space, orbiting the sun. The Habitat will contain 4 sub-habitat worlds of varying climates, fauna and flora. The project will take approximately 1500 years to complete with the resources and technology of the whole Karelian Foundation. |
| -1,962,124 | AD-3004. Not all on Earth wished their descendants to move to the Solar Habitat and thus worked closely with DNA and gene splicing to genetically engineer a new breed of Human able to survive in any climate, terrain or lack there of. |
| -1,961,013 | AD-4115. At the eve of the first colonization to the mostly completed 1st sub-habitat. The genetically engineered Humans and their animal beasts of burden attacked the Karelian Foundation’s headquarters in Petrozavodsk and simultaneously attacked many other important government facilities. In the panic and the lack of any military millions of people fell before the twisted outcast genetics, those that escaped into space and without the resources of the Foundation it would take thousands of years to complete even the 1st sub-habitat. |

Earth becomes a wasteland, only habitable by the descendants of the genetically engineered Humans and creatures, they are called the Cephalon, the Thorax are the Intelligent ones while the animal like creatures are called Pygidium. All named after the segments of the Trilobite, the first complex organism ever to evolve. |

| -1,957,467 | AD-7661. The Karelians in space finish what they could of the Habitat but without the resources of the Foundation must let nature take its course on the sub-habitat known now as Karel. They go into cryo-stasis to sleep until it can support life. |

| -694,734 | Dragonkind and hundreds of other non-sentient races are brought by the Ancients to Karel from distant worlds. |
| -422,342 | The Platin become sentient and the Ancients (Karelians) first awake from their cryo-stasis and move down to Karel to re-populate, they help the Platin culture thrive and encourage them to use their unique psionic abilities. |
| -398,444 | The Platin strike at the Ancients, the shock of the betrayal of the Platin forces the Ancients to turn to new ways of making each valuable soldier more potent and the Reavor Project was developed enough to allow some Ancients to retreat to space, back in to cryo-stasis and others to scatter around Karel and protected by the Wokma. |

| -101,223 | The Psion civilization is at it’s height, with grand towers reaching into the sky around the world. The Psion and Platin make an Alliance against the titan Gigas. |
| -93,330 | The Platin civilization declines to the point that they need the rare crystals found only on one island to survive, they believe the Ancients wrote that flaw into their genetics but stayed secluded on Kandran Island until the Dawn Age |
| -73,322 | The Wokma forces the grand races of Psion, Dragonkind, Gigas and Platin to make a peace treaty but fail to realize the threat of the Rakok until too late. |
| -71,634 | The Rakok shamans discover a powerful ancient necromancy, less versatile than present necromancy but far more powerful. Giving the shamans control between the balance of life and death. |

| -69,889 | The Rakok construct Pyramids around the world and begin to funnel life energies from surrounding areas, turning them into deserts. They use this ability to drain the ‘First Ones’ (Wokma), negating their powers and placing their life force within the Rakok population, forming the Rakok Horde. |

| -60,433 | The Lamarians evolve from the Gigas and create a militaristic culture in the far North. The Drow evolve into sentient lifeforms. |
| -58,003 | Dragonkind with help from the Iconians work together to form the 3 Enclaves of the Stars, the cities would be the largest mountains on Karel, magically ripped out of the ground and turned upside down to form the 3 Enclaves that could hold the bulk of Dragonkind to avoid the life-draining effects of the Rakok. |
| -56,843 | The first Enclave commanded by the great dragon king Bahamut, populated mostly with Metallic Dragons is under heavy siege when the Rakok hordes focus their might. The second Enclave commanded by the great dragon king Damacon, populated mostly with Chromatic Dragons decides to use its magic to hide the Enclave deep underground. |
| -55,949 | The third Enclave commanded by the great dragon king Maelstrom, populated mostly with Gem Dragons is under siege but the Iconians decide to act and give the 3 dragon kings the power of Reavor and with the Reavor nanites become unstoppable and they destroy the Rakok hordes, ending in a final battle with the destruction of the first Enclave and sacrifice of Bahamut himself. | -23,230 | The Ancients who decided to live on Karel in the grand city of Iconia realized that they were a dying race and the genetic anomalies can only be fixed by the past. So they go into the past and bring back Ancients from millions of years ago and interbreed with them forming the Iconian race. Verdarik Salem made a pact with the ancestor people to protect them; the old Ancients would come to call themselves Human. |
| -19,119 | The Ancient; Gol Garuda and his people wake up from deep stasis to find Karel covered with sentient life. He scans and find the Iconians but he dislikes their impurity. They create the Colony; Metron on Esper Island protected by impassable sandstorms. |
| -18,445 | The ‘Metrons’ are few so they create, using genetic engineering, a labor workforce using Canine and Feline as a baseline. The Races would later come to be known as Batloc and Catmen. |

| -16,890 | The GREAT CONJUNCTION occurs and undead spill on to Karel for the first time. The Plane of Shad’Akah, which holds the godly Nacene, is able to spill on to Karel through divine magic. The 20 most powerful Nacene take the role of gods to fight a proxy war on Karel and the Churches are formed. Yakara, the Elder God of Magic refuses to participate in the proxy war. The Stargates cease to function anymore. |
| -16,700 | Enkynir, the Royal Mage of the Kingdom of Salem makes himself a Lich when doing experiments on Undead. |
| -16,549 | After a visit from the rogue assassin Talleah Belgoth and the GCD puppet Reavor Shyrha Airelon from the future. Gol’s people become infertile because of the defective nanites within Shyrha’s biology. His people are doomed to die off. |
| -15,363 | Omicrok, the Elder God of the Elements violates the Nacene Pantheon and visits Karel without an Avatar and is Prevented by the 4 Elemental Gods from returning to Shad’Akah. Omicrok in his anger, manipulates hordes of lesser species to wage war and wipe out the Humans in revenge for his banishment. Omicrok creates a staging area on the Estoria Continent with a great fortress made of Human bones. |
| -15,325 | Verdarik Salem, King of the Humans personally went to the Nacene fortress and challenged Omicrok and the battle resulted in the destruction of the Kingdom but the Humans spread out around the world. Salem and Omicrok continued their eternal battle on another plane and Humanity was without the Ancient’s guidance. |

| -8,672 | Torak, Gol’s son and 7 other Ancients are the last of Metron, they abandon it for a secluded valley deep in the Northern Continent. Torak discovers that he can use the Nanites in his bloodstream to transfer his consciousness to other lifeforms but keeps it a secret from the other Ancients as they have begun to interbreed with the local humans. |

| -5,417 | Arkeen is selected by Nakiss, Goddess of Evil, Chaos and Darkness to be her Demi’God. |
| -5,068 | Arkeen takes the Sunstone artifact from the Kingdom of the Sunstone and the region falls into the harsh weather that naturally exists in that area. He renames his domain: Norlind. |
| -4,973 | The first Dwarven King is crowned in the Barah Mountains and founds the Morakeen Kingdom. |
| -3,899 | Sallazar is selected by Lokken, God of Chaos Magic to be his Demi’God. |
| -3,501 | Vasilika Vrell, one of the greatest mages of Kaladoras and Chairman of the Mistra Guild attempted a coup to take power from the Kaladoras king but his rebellion was foiled by one young boy who wielded the Scepter of Kaladoras against him. |
| -3,450 | The Mistra Rebellion in the Kingdom of Kaladoras helped in the creation of the Magehounds to quell any attempts by spellcasters to take over the kingdom again. |
| -3,167 | The Magehounds have become oppressive under Director Akilisav (Actually Vasilika) and have sapped power away from the kingship. So King Toluras XIV banished the organization from Kaladoras. |
| -3,160 | The Magehounds were renamed the W.C.A. (Wizard Control Agency) and moved their primary operations to the Estoria Island Continent. |
| -2,999 | The Magi Council under orders from the King of Kaladoras creates an elite knights of the realm groups called the Supermages who owe their magically compelled allegiance to the King. |

| -2,178 | Dryk is the victor of the Chaosdragon Wars and dictates all Chromatic Dragons to follow his orders and wage war against the lesser races. |
| -2,137 | The Kingdom of Zomak is destroyed by Dryk’s armies. |
| -2,075 | The Kingdom of Narse is destroyed by Dryk’s armies. |
| -1,974 | The Wood Elf civilization of Eira becomes a militant matriarchy, those who don’t want to follow the extremist movement escape to avoid persecution. They seek refuge with the near by Iconia, the Iconians, with so little in numbers are glad to help the defense of Iconia from Dryk’s armies. |
| -1,971 | The Queen Kharessa of Eira becomes so paranoid about the rebels and Iconians overthrowing her new matriarchy that she sends her best forces under the guise of refugees to Iconia and commits to a surprise surgical strike. The Iconians, so focused on Dryk’s unstoppable armies coming from above that they are caught by total surprise and almost slaughtered to extinction within the first few hours of the attack. The real refugees are executed for treason. Iconia becomes an empty haunted city within a year. |

| 0 | Verdarik Salem returns to Karel and ushers in the Dawn Age, but brings with him the great evil; Omicrok, the Elemental God. Omicrok takes control of the Scorpion King and commences the Scorpion Wars against the Kaladoras Empire, Batloc Imperium and the Lamarian Empire. A latent Gene in within most species some rare few to become of Psicasters, although the GCD can and have been inducing this effect for many centuries. Rabane Espera is selected by Aeris, Goddess of Life, Peace and Mystery to be her Demi’God. |
| 6 | A few valiant adventurers; Maxim, Sara, Boto and Kara slew the Scorpion King, ending the Scorpion Wars but not before hundreds of thousands are dead and cites lie in rubble. |
| 10 | The Batloc Imperium after a large military build-up annex’s territory near the Lamarian Empire and in response the Lamarian Empire and Batloc Imperium go to war. |
| 15 | The last king of Kaladoras is assassinated by Drakshaw, a Greywave Agent, there are no heirs. The Magi Council rules in the king’s place. |
| 16 | The last Giga is reigning terror on the Northern Continent, bringing endless winters, a adventuring group consisting of Dalton, Akla, Jarid, Jasmine, Anita, Bridgette, Karlin, Lorah, Turlex and Kiara travel to the Pyramid of Cold to combat the Frost Giga but once vanquished it is revealed that Omicrok was controlling him. |
| 18 | The GCD create Project: Kroth and it gets free of their control and begins to commit atrocities throughout the Northern Continent. Dalton and his band try to hunt him down and seemed to have succeeded until at Akla’s and Karlin’s marriage, Kroth appears and takes Karlin away. |
| 19 | Kara is selected by Matria, Goddess of Air, Spring and Storm to be her Demi’Goddess. Batara the Witch is absorbed by Damacon an ancient Dragon God in the Crown of Aza incident. |
| 25 | Eshkah Lexcen is selected by Argan, God of Pain, Suffering and Disease to be his Demi’Goddess. |
| 27 | Linis the Platin, is accidentally made leader of Triads when she kills the previous leader and the artifact; Medallion of the Triads choose her to be the next leader. She is compelled by the strong artifact to accept, though many Triads are worried about her loyalties. |
| 37 | Haelorn declares independence from the GCD. |
| 38 | Everkeep is destroyed by an ancient Republican weapon built to fight the Drow, the weapon was armed by Boric Akana because he was under the influence from the Orb of Enkynir. Enkynir’s soul was confined by the Shrinshee Guardian (The Republican Royal Mage) and he manipulated Boric into destroying Everkeep. Boric was saved by Dalton, Akla, Lorah and Aragan and then retreated to another plane, giving up his Demi’Godhood. |
| 40 | The GCD comes to take back Haelorn but is saved by the efforts of seven people who would become the First Lords of Haelorn; Aris, Ekina, Dalton, Aragan, Lorah, Akla, Sandoval, Xariel, Lemmon and Gilthanus. |

| 45 | The Guildlord Talleah (with the help of Zarilee and Shamira, the Dem'Gods of Fire and Water) foils the plans of the great Necromancer Torrsus Nakon to use her son as a new host and to become the next Demi'God of Nakiss, goddess of Evil, Chaos and Darkness. |

Humans
Humans are the most common race, with various Kingdoms, Empires, City-States around the world.
Drow
They are the original Elf, where all others came from. Hundreds of thousands of year ago they had great civil war in their northern homeland of Ekzhon and after ten millenia of fighting between the clans; 5 of most powerful made an alliance and the other 16 focused on those 5 and made an counter-alliance to force them into exile. Those other 5 clans went their separate way and became the 5 elven races. Today the only pure blooded Drow live in the last city; Geagn.
Elves
The 5 elven races are Sea, Wood, Grey, High and Fire. Many thousands of years after the exile they had their 5 separate civilizations but came together in a new alliance against the Drow; The Elven Republic, but when the war was finally won they dissolved it when the last Elven King died. Today the Elves are generally found around their home cities of Elfton (High), Elsinn (Sea) and Eira (Wood) the Fire Elf capital of Enkar was destroyed in the Drow wars and now they are almost an extinct race. The Grey Elf capital of Everkeep was destroyed recently by a Ancient weapon but most of people were saved when it found that they were not killed but sent to the astral plane, they are rebuilding Everkeep.
Gnomes
They have no great civilization but are scattered throughout the Human, Dwarf and Elven communities.
Halflings
They have no great civilization but are scattered throughout the Human, Dwarf and Elven communities.
Dwarves
They have some Kingdoms throughout the world but keep to themselves most of the time, rarely interfering in the affairs of the Human world.
Batloc & Catmen
These races were created over 25 thousand years ago by descendants of the 'Ancient' survivors as simple laborers but when a virus slowly killed of the descendants the Batloc and Catmen became free and more independent. The Batloc ancestors were Canines from the Ancient's homeworld and the Catmen ancestors were Feline. Today they both maintain large powerful empires on the northern continent and within the island kingdoms. Batloc are a proud people that follow similar ideals to 'Klingons' off startrek and the Catmen are community driven that follow similar ideals to 'Communist China'
Half-Elves & Dramen
Dramen are Drow/Human. They are common in certain area around the world, half-elves are usually accepted in both Human and Elven cultures. Dramen even have 2 of their own kingdoms and are accepted by most Humans but the Drow dispise them, although many Humans mistake Drow for the more common Dramen, as Dramen live above ground.

Many thousands of years ago the Drow Empire was governed by the mighty House Lords but the more populous commoners found a new force to follow, a new religion: Sagekzhon. When the Empire was destroyed by the Elven Republic during the Epic War, the Religion kept the Drow from fading into history and though the Drow Empire is all but a ruin, one outpost survived, Geagn. The city is above ground unlike most of the Empires outposts, they follow their religious order of the Sagelord Council. Sagelords are basically Drow Paladins with a Pantheon of six Gods two major and four minor, the Sagelord Council inner circle has eight seats the inner circle does not need to be physically active in battle and external excursions, the Sagelords that do venture out of Geagn get involved in conspiracies and world events so to extend the influence of the Drow once again.
[edit] The Supermages Of Kaladoras
In an Empire of magic who are the knights? Kaladoras has solved this problem, when a mage has proved themselves and their loyalty and are of sufficient political and magical power they are given the title of Supermage. Supermages have a great legacy of over 3000 years and are sent to all corners of the Empire to solve problems and give guidance to the local lords, some are excluded from these duties because of higher concerns like Kara Lordsburn the Demi'goddess and Malkier the leader of the Dracolord Council etc. when one of these people talks to foreign leaders and ambassadors it is with the weight and support of the Kaladoras Empire.
[edit] The Magi Council of Kaladoras
The ruling body of the Kaladoras Empire, since the kings assassination 30 years ago the council has full regent power. All royal blood is gone and Sharantyr, as the High Magi is the default ruler. The people of Kaladoras don't mind that a Archmagi rules over them. The outer cities, colonies and protectorates are still disgruntled about the change but they haven't been affected much by the change. The council is voted by Supermages giving preferences and then selected from the Supermages, 7 people sit on the council one High Magi voted by preferences within the council. An election occurs every 2000 days, almost 6 years. Sharantyr has been High Magi for 47 years. The longest serving High Magi was for 463 years, just after the Mistra rebellion. Current Council members are: Sharantyr Limarne, Zene Maximilian, Tensor the Great, Rary Sandsword, Sepia Kellen, Chalise Murdock and Evard Lormin.

Toward the end of the Dark Ages there was a growing concern for the number of Psionics being born to most of the major races The Triads were formed by a mysterious man known only as Prometheus and one of the last Psions, Jaslien Daremyth. Their mission was simple, to be advisers and protectors of influential people of Goodly kingdoms and Organizations. Also as time went on they adopted more missions like the opposition to the evil Greywave organization and the collection and protection of powerful artifacts for the Boseon Dragons, to be used only when most needed. The Triads have over the years made many enemies like the Greywave and many allies like The Rangers. Fifalaural the Fire Elf ruled The Triads gracefully until a decade ago when she was on a expedition to Kandran Island to seek out a Psionic race called Platin. She was not received well and was hunted down by an Executor, the Executor killed her an took the Medallion of the Triads. Once Linis the Executor touched the Medallion she was flooded with purpose and responsibility for she became the next leader of The Triads. Prometheus and Jaslien raised an Ancient city, Alustria and the Triads use it today as their HQ and Academy. Kathanna the Iconian is the Vice-Chancellor.
[edit] The Greywave
A coalition of selfish psionics, it is unknown by most when it was created or how it was created but Ulgathir the Illithid is credited with its creation. The Greywave have been so secretive they have no written history, and as it's the matters of the mind, there is not much information on them from other organizations. One common notion in their organization is "All mundanes are cattle." referring that psionics will be the masters of the future and mundanes (non-psionics) will be slaves to the might of the mind. They have no real chain of command, it's more like cells that work toward the same goal. They have been attributed to many assassinations, coups, conspiracies and corruption of and in many cities, kingdoms and empires. The common man would not know anything about The Greywave, but some important people, especially in The Triads, know of the partial leadership of the coalition. Lanaxis Phoenix is well known in The Triads because of his sister Domino Phoenix. Lanaxis is perhaps the most active Greywave member and has been noted in many places throughout the world. Drakshaw, who is suspected of assassinating the last King of Kaladoras is a major player. Jellyron Krodir is wanted by the G.C.D. for many crimes. Sylia Highmine, Zalestia Vamaru and the Illithid Ulguthir are all in someway involved in the network of the mind.
[edit] Dark Priests Of Norlind
Norlind, a land that had become soaked in evil, cruelty had become common, death blanketed the valleys of once proud nations. Once ruled by the Arkeen, Demi'God of Nakiss, goddess of evil, chaos and darkness. The Darklord commanded from his sinister tower, and his evil servants, The Dark Priests obey his every command. Once long ago the land, surrounded by the Kambor Mountains, was protected by a powerful artifact, the Sunstone. There were four kingdoms who worked together under one banner, The Kingdoms of the Sunstone. The people were happy but fearful that the dark ages would curse them. That curse came over the mountains in the form of one Sorcerer, Arkeen. He took the Sunstone and the land withered, the terrible weather that never affected the people before all came at once. The land and people took the punishment that was forseen in a prophecy. The remaining Gigas left this fallen haven for the Kambor mountains. Norlind today is a decaying land with only a fraction of the population it had during the days of the Kingdom of the Sunstone. Arkeen and Omicrok attempted to merge to become a new god but was struck down by adventurers with the ironic help of Nakiss. The Dark Priests are still decadent that they don't care about anything in Norlind and with their religious leader dead they try to keep the status quo, even when the glue that kept them together is gone.
[edit] Vampire Alliance
A simple legendary agreement first used ten millenia ago that states that when a vampire is slain, other vampires throughout the world have to kill the slayer, this has become a helpful legend for vampires, since no one dares kill a vampire. The largest effort to prove this was when Ghforhnzlorr the great wyrm silver dragon swallowed Kifer Inkorsai an ancient vampire king, Ghfornzlorr was slain by a combined attack of 206 vampires, the dragon was slain and displayed as a warning to others, not to cross the vampire alliance.

The worlds largest Thieving guild, their combined skills are extensive. No one knows how big it actually is except for the Guildmaster, Darthk. Few know that Darthk is an Illithid and that his chief Guildlord is Jenova, a Beholder. The origins of the Guild are vague, but most believe it began in Seernal, City of the Damned since the guilds most powerful Guildlords are located there. They are into nearly anything illegal from theft to extortion to assassinations. Failure in a major Skirmish is punishable by death, some believe that the success of the guild is because of the Sikman Braclet, a communication device. The guild also has a policy of spying on each other an reporting to a higher agent. Some other famous Guildlords are: Talleah Belgoth, Kazul the Pseudodragon, Alastar Belgoth, Raurin, Izurataki, Majaheken the Tiefling and Dulkath. They are run their cabals as they see fit but must give 10% of all income to Darthk.

Paladins
Are not aligned to churches, they are part of a order called 'Legacy Knights' which was founded by the father of mankind; Verdarik Salem over 80,000 years ago. They follow normal Paladin traits but Human issues and justice overshadow non-Human concerns.
Mana Knight
Are Elven Paladins, they are blessed by one of the 7 Holy Elements of the Universe; Fire, Air, Water, Earth, Moon, Twilight or Creation. There are no persona's for each 'god' but all follow a good alignment.
Sagelord
Are Drow Paladins, they believe in the 6 Gods of Sage, gods of Body, Soul, Wisdom, Knowledge, Heart and Mind. They are of evil or neutral persuasion and are centralized at last Drow city of Geagn.
Fighter
Same role as standard DND.
Ranger
Same role as standard DND.
Druid
Same role as standard DND.
Bard
Same role as standard DND.
Cleric
Similar role as standard DND but follow 1 of 18 Gods of Shad'Akah (Ancient name for divine land) and are restricted to 6 spheres of divine magic depending on which God you follow.
Psionic
They play a larger role in Karel than standard DND and due to the fact that I extensive resources on 2nd Edition Psionics we will be using 2nd edition rules of Psionics.
Rogue
Same role as standard DND (Basically a 2nd Edition Thief)
Wizard
Similar to 2nd Edition 'Mage' although we have changed the rule concerning casting spells; Spell Components are not needed to cast spells and we use a Spell Point system to grant more versatility to mages.
Barbarian
Has existed as a sub-class in 2nd edition Karel but easily upgraded to major class.
Monk
Has existed as a sub-class in 2nd edition Karel but easily upgraded to major class.
Assassin Similar to Rogue but has skills that lean more towards Assassinations.
Magi
Are the masters of all spells, be it cleric or wizard. They are merger of Wizard and Cleric but don't have to follow a godly power as they can cast Cleric spells using arcane magic.
Bladesinger
Are a merger of Ranger and Song Mage with some extra abilities of offensive or defensive Sword-Dancing and Bard traits.
Psicaster
Are a Psionic Spellcaster, they are able to simply use mental power to cast spells, similar to the Sorcerer, they also have some fighter traits. This combination makes them a very powerful class but are very difficult to gain levels.
Runecaster
They access a different source of power than arcane or divine, they tap into the same primal forces as the elven Mana Knights. They are able to draws runes upon most surfaces including their own skins, these runes can be activated with words at a later stage. This class is from a sister-world to Karel called Zhakaza'Irune and is rare on Karel.
Reavor
The Ancients that created the World have long been dead but some of legacy remains; extremely advanced technology based on nano-machines that most on Karel have no idea about still linger in ruins. When the Reavor virus infects someone it changes not only their DNA but their atomic structure to give them mechanical components based on their personality. Originally it was how the Ancients created soldiers in the fight against the Scourge (A plague of creatures from beyond that wiped out the Ancients)
Sorcerer
As Karel already has the Psicaster, the Sorcerer as a class is not active but if a player really wants one, I can make an exception.

Psychrain- An artifact created by the Psions to join mass mind 2 to 100000 minds in unison multiplying the effect by the number of people joined. It never got used because Damacon smashed it out of the High Psi'Lord hands and it was buried under 10 km of rock.
Flamberge- A legendary great scimitar used in the freedom of the Inklar race from their Drow masters Daikrolohr the famous Inklar died in the freeing of his race just before the fall of the Drow empire the sword was never found. It can create fire storms, lava spurts, fire fortress and change the wielder into a enormous Firewolf.
Stargazer- An artifact that was created by the Iconians thousands of years ago it could shift the dimensional phase of the Stargates so para travelling is possible true name is Transkinetic Polaron Inverter. The artifact was lost when the Wood Elves from Eira destroyed Iconia, it has been lost ever since
Genesis Wave- This artifact was also created by the Ancients as a mass weapon it sends out a mass neutron wave 2000 km radius and was it does is destroys all living cells and recreates life in the prescribed way.
Crown Of Aza- Given as a gift from Aza to Nakiss for a wedding proposal but she said no and Aza threw it down to Karel in anger. It gives the wearer immortality and allows the control of undead with Aza's power.
Finger Of Neelah- During the last few Millennia of the Dark Ages, magic was sparse and hard to summon. Boric saw this decline in the loss of Spellcasters of the world so he asked Neelah to bless Karel with more magic, she said that boric was to use this artifact to bless the world. It can intensify or negate any pure magic and it can disrupt or increase all magic.
Medallion Of The Triads- Created by mysterious Prometheus centuries ago as a psionic power lens and a type of symbolic power as the leader of the triads. Jaslien helped in the enchantment of the medallion. +500psp's, +10mac, +10mthaco, times 5 every power in mind.
The Sunstone- This artifact brought together the kingdoms of the Kambor Region into The Kingdoms Of The Sunstone. The artifact can shape the weather of a mass area to be from snowed and cold -50 degrees to and hot desert of 50 degrees. But the blessed region was also a sight of great envy, so people like Arkeen begun to retch control of the kingdoms from the kings and chancellors.
The Flag of Lastina- This flag if flowing in the wind can calm any storms within a 50km radius. The flag has been stolen dozens of times in the far north to have advantages over other settlements.
Seed Of Magic- There are a few Seeds Of Magic on Karel, they formed from the Elder Magic God Yakara. During the decline of Magic in the Dark Age he decided to step in world affairs and bless certain bloodlines with a unique magic ability, dropping little seeds into their mouths when they were sleeping, thus Psicasters came to be. Though many seeds are rumored to be out there.
Spirit Of Draky- This Artifact has no form but it can be wielded by either Draky heritage or challenging and defeating the current holder. It allows the user to have godly powers everywhere but the plane Limbo. Califer protects this but Kendra stole it because Califer can't kill and Draky descendants.
Masamune- 2d20 + times 5 Hp, this artifact sword was the weapon of Jaharan Atheycan, Salem's closest friend and highest general. When Salem was banished with Omicrok, Jaharan was troubled but he knew the way of Salem's code and declared to Salem's people that he would leave on a pilgrimage to Mt Zelinia to fight the Great Red Wyrm Nazeikaishan, but the citizens thrusted a kingship upon him and Zelinia has existed ever since.
Armor Of Bahamut- Thousands of years ago goodly dragons created the Dragon Outpost Alliance to help the continuation of dragons, Starcity was created by the most talented dragons and the Dracolords Council was a collection of nine wise and intelligent dragons. One for every member race as a leader and a leader among leaders was chosen, then all the dragons of the Alliance gathered together and with the help of the Ancients created the Armor Of Bahamut, for the king of dragons, it allows tremendous power to the dragon wielder, size from 1m to 1km, infinite spell points, regenerate 25 hp a round, breath weapon like small nuke, ac is -25, thaco- +25, psionic reflection -all, eyes can see anywhere the dragon has been, 100%MR, unless an artifact all weapons attacking the armor are shattered. (The Ancients infused it with nanites)
Orb Of Enkynir- The phylactery of the oldest lich on Karel, it holds tremendous power but even the wisest can not protect themselves from enkynir's will forever. It gives over 700 spell points, 10 psionic abilities, 20 intelligence, 75%MR, access to most arcane spells created, access to level 10 spells.
Staff Of The Elves- Divided into 4 parts, one for Wood, Sea, High and Grey Elves (Fire Elves didn't participate) it became key to activate a great weapon that could destroy the ancient Drow capital of Ekzhon.
Orihalcon- A sphere created by the half demon / half Iconian, Darius as a reward to King Heriexton Orihalcon for his armies slaughter of the Wood Elves of Kar'Tush. The device gives the surrounding land fertility and prevents diseases from affecting the land and people. Also gives good weather and shrouds the region from outsiders and has isolated the Islands of Orihalcon from the rest of Karel for a thousand years until its destruction by Sei'Taer Valgar a Paladin who sought penance for his crimes against the Wood Elves of Kar'Tush.
Tome Of Magic- The entirety of Elven spells and magic placed into one book belonging to the Shrinshee, the Elven Repulican Royal Mage. The Book was stolen and the spirit of the Shrinshee vanquished by Boric Akana when he was under the influence of the Orb of Enkynir. After Boric was saved he gave the artifact to the Boseon Dragons and the Triads for safe keeping.
Mythallar- Are large oblong obsidian rocks infused with a powerful primal magic to levitate a field as large as a mountain. A Mythallar holds up Starcity hundreds of metres above the ocean.
