[edit] Class Features

Kaleidomancer are the casters that rely on chance more then anything else. They believe and prove that magic stemmed from chaos is more powerful. All of the following are class features of the Kaleidomancer.

Spellcasting: At each level, you gain new spells per day and an increase in caster level (and spells known, if applicable) as if you had also gained a level in two spellcasting classes to which you belonged before adding the prestige class level. You do not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained. If you had more than one spellcasting class that was divine or arcane before becoming a Kaleidomancer, you must decide to which classes to add each level for the purpose of determining spells per day, caster level, and spells known.

Spells: To cast a particular spell, you must have the appropriate ability score for the spells source of at least 10 + the spell's level. Your bonus spells are based on your highest appropriate mental stat. Saves to avoid the effects of your spells have a DC of 10 + the spell's level + your appropriate ability bonus (if any).

You cast spells as a sorcerer does. Table: Kaleidomancer Spells Known, below, details how many spells you can learn at each level. An epic Kaleidomancer’s number of spells per day does not increase after 10th level. Choose your spells from the following list:

0—Any from known or prepared

1st—Any from known or prepared

2nd—Any from known or prepared

3rd—Any from known or prepared

4th—Any from known or prepared

5th—Any from known or prepared

6th—Any from known or prepared

8th—Any from known or prepared

[edit] Ex-Kaleidomancers

If a Kaleidomancer loses all of their kaleidoscopes, then they temporarily lose all levels in Kaleidomancer and spell levels gained from it. These are regained when they replace a lost kaleidoscope and imbue it with 5 or more different spells with at least one from both divine and arcane.
