Jaida is a large, black woman who speak with a slow and lilting voice. She often remains quiet, but then speaks up at inopportune times. She has only one eye, but it is a brilliant purple color that grows brighter as she manipulates magic.
Jaida is the court seer for King Marak and, for the most part, prefers to remain unobtrusive at court, so she elects not to have a familiar. She lives at the royal court in Weatherholm, the capital of Anselm.
