Ishana itself is the most powerful of the Vasant regions, and was once the seat of the mighty Vasant empire, an empire that extended into Tatsuo as well as into the Seafolk isles, with settlements as far as Basira. Some of it's architecture rivals that of the elves, and some say they enslaved elves to build the cities.
