Your Arcane Torrent is more efficient at returning low-level more spells.
Prerequisite: Blood Elf, Will Save of +2 or greater
Benefit: Your Arcane Torrent Spell-Like Ability grants you 1 spell of the lowest level per spell sapped using this ability. This replaces the two spells per day sapping requirement for returning a single spell.
Normal: Your Arcane Torrent Spell-Like Ability would normally require you to sap two spells in order to return one of spell of lowest level per day.
