Imperial Contact (3.5e Feat)

You have contacts within the empire and you can exploit them.
Prerequisite: Imperial race or Imperial Assimilated
Benefit: You gain +4 on Diplomacy and Gather Information check within Imperial territory or when in contact with an Imperial or Imperial-assimilated creature. If none of the requirements have been fulfilled, you still gain +2 bonus to Gather Information checks.
