| Standard Action | Area 1 square within 10 squares |
| Target: Each creature in the square | |
| Attack: Intelligence Vs. Fortitude | |
| Hit: Intelligence modifier damage, and takes a -1 penalty to AC until the end of its next turn. | |
| Effect: If the target ends its next turn in the same square, or if another enemy enters the square before the end of your next turn, it takes Intelligence modifier damage. | |
