Ice Spike Elementalist Attack 23
You bring up a spike of Ice from the ground.
Encounter Star.gif Primordial, Cold
Standard Action Area burst 1 within 5 squares
Target: All creatures in burst
Attack: Wisdom Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2d4+ Wisdom modifier cold damage, and the target is weakened (save ends).
Effect: A zone of Ice spikes is created in the burst area and lasts until the end of your next turn. Any creature that moves in the zone takes cold damage equal to your intelligence modifier, and is weakened (save ends).
Sustain Minor: The zone persists.
