Hurl Flame [Barbed Devil]

You can lob a globe of infernal fire.
Prerequisite: Barbed Devil, Produce Flame Racial Utility power.
Benefit: You can use Hurl Flame as a Daily power.
Hurl Flame Barbed Devil Racial Power
You thrust your claw forwards, launching your infernal flames into your foe to burn and daze.

Standard Action Ranged 5
Prerequisite: You must have a flame in one of your claws created by your Produce Flame racial Utility power.
Target: One creature
Attack: Dexterity + 2 or Charisma + 2 Vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d10 + Dexterity or Charisma modifier fire damage, 5 ongoing fire damage and the target is dazed (save ends both).
Miss: Half damage, the target is dazed until the end of your next turn, no ongoing damage.
Special:
  • This attack dismisses one flame created by your Produce Flame power.
  • If you have the barbed claws racial feat, and have enchanted claws with a +3 or greater enchantment bonus, you may attack with Dexterity or Charisma + your enchantment bonus.
