You're part of the elite of your race and have skills beyond the usual warrior or commoner.
Benefit: You can exchange up to 3 of your Monstrous Humanoid racial hit dice against PC class levels.
Since this feat must be taken at birth (i.e. character creation), you never gain the abilities from these levels.
Normal: Certain Monstrous Humanoid races, such as lizardfolk and bugbears, have required to take monstrous humanoid hit dice.
Special: This feat must be taken at first level.
