Human Lineage [Lineage]
One of your parents was a human, and you have inherited some of their power.
Prerequisite: 1st level, non-human (but have a human parent)
Benefit: Choose one of Fortitude, Reflex or Will. You gain +1 to that defense. Further, choose any 1st level at-will power from your primary class. You may use that power as an encounter power. You can take feats that have human as prerequisite as long as you meet any other requirement.
