Heavy Dueling Sword (3.5e Equipment)

This page is of questionable balance. Reason: So what would go wrong with making a bastard sword martial and allowing you to use weapon finesse with it, so it also qualifies for backstab?

This weapon is very similar to a dueling sword except its quite heavy. You can apply the Weapon Finesse feat to the heavy dueling sword even though it is not a light weapon.
