Heaven Striker[edit]

That raw power isn't human. It's like fighting a Dragon or Death itself

A Martial Artist that uses a ancient fighting style that draws upon the power of heaven itself to augment themself to be faster and stronger in combat. They are a force to fear in any fight and they can over come most trials placed on them or at least use their raw power to find a way out.

Making a Heaven Striker[edit]

Heaven Strikers are powerfull, fast, agile and durable. With their inhuman speed and power they can make most creatures and people topple over from sheer pressure during the fight, however they cannot use armour well since it would limit them so being enchanted with protective spells is a must in larger fights.

Abilities: A heaven Striker focuses on Str, Dex and Con as they are focused around unarmed combat and they need fast reflexes to bring out their maximum potential in any fight.

Races: Mostly those who pick this class are Fenris nomads however there have been a few humans and elves using this.

Alignment: Most Heaven Strikers are Lawful or Chaotic in alignment.

Starting Gold: 2d6×10 gp (120 GP).

Class Features[edit]

All of the following are class features of the Heaven Striker.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: A Heaven Striker is proficent with all Simple weapons however they aren't proficent with any light, medium or heavy armor since they wear unique clothing.

Transcendent Fist (Ex): The Trascendent Fist is the basic charged attack of a Heaven Striker, they charge their fists and legs with a huge amount of energy and release that energy on the moment of Impact dealing heavy damage and knock back their opponent by 5 feet.

Aimed Heaven Strike (Ex): This ability makes a Heaven striker even more lethal in combat as they can strike precise areas of their opponents body.

Shatter Strike (Ex): A Heaven Striker not only has the ability to shatter certain areas of armour without using too much energy, Shatter strike is a Pin-point blow that can be lethal if used on the correct spot, It can break through most types of material and still do around half the damage.

Breaking Strike (Ex): A Heaven Striker uses an ability called Breaking Strike to limit his opponent's movement or halt it completly, however it can't be used to finish off a target for it can only break bones to slow down or stop the target from moving.

Longinus (Ex): Longinus is a Unique ability for all Heaven Strikers as it works in diffrent ways, It can be fired at high speeds at range and can create extreme power impact at close range, it's one of the few piercing abilities a Heaven Striker can achive.

Fast Step charge (Ex): A Heaven Striker can move so fast that he flickers out of his opponents point of view, this allows the Heaven Striker to close any distance between him and his target in the matter of a instance.

Over-Axe Kick (Ex): A Heaven Striker can jump into the air and add both his own weight and his own energy into a Axe Kick which they drop onto their target, it can dislocate most bones upon impact, however a Heaven Striker will be left wide open for an attack of oppertunity.

Immunity to Curses (Su): A Heaven Striker is immune to the effect of all curses unless they have a curse before hand, then they are immune to all but that curse in perticular.

Heaven's Style (Su): A Heaven Striker uses princples of their fighting style to raise their will and bodies capabilities to a new level and sharpens their instincts, this gives the Heaven Striker +3 against fear effects.

Phantom Step (Su): A Heaven Striker can use their energy to boost their speed so they apper to be warping behind their opponent, this ability is usually used to surprise a opponent that they are struggling against.

Underwater Fighting (Su): A Heaven Striker can fight and move just as well as he can on land as underwater and can't drown. Their movement isn't limited by the water resistance and they can move even faster under water.

Illusion-Step Jump (Su): A Heaven Striker can make a solid illusion for them to jump from to gain even more height from their original jump up to three times each day.

Counter Grab (Su): If a Heaven Striker is attacked by a unarmed opponent or someone using either a Simple or Martial weapon they can once per turn grab their opponent if they are close enough. During that instance time appears to move slower for the Heaven striker.

Unity of Heaven's Soul (Su): When a heaven striker attains the Unity of Heaven's soul ability, their speed increases by +15 ft on land and in water it increase by +20 ft. per level after this until level 25.

Lightning fast weight shift (Su): A Heaven Striker can shift his weight to add more speed and power to their punches, only other Heaven strikers eyes manages to keep up with the lightning fast weight shift, granting +2d4 damage for all unarmed attacks.

Vanishing Strike (Su): This is one of the ultimate techniques a heaven striker can use in a fight. By using this techninque taken from their ability to use the energy from heaven they can once per day seal away an opponent however they will be fatigued from the amount of energy needed to do this and can't use any other techninques for a full day.

Playing a Heaven Striker[edit]

Religion: Heaven Strikers Follow diffrent dieties depending on their own agenda but the most revered one is Pelor.

Other Classes: Heaven Strikers can be pretty much anyone in a party they work perfectly with all classes without hating the others.

Combat: Your typical agile fighter/monk who has a good amount of attack options

Advancement: Heaven Strikers usually takes up any other class that can improve their already overwhelming might and accuracy such as the Fighter or barbarians.

A Heaven Striker is a warrior who walks a path that is full of dangers as they will do any mission they need to just to survive in the world and to progress even further down the path of a warrior.

Daily Life: They work as anything that will help them progress be it for a good cause such as a aid for a Paladin or as a Assissin or a hired fighter, for them it's ways to become stronger.

Notables: Gast Morutono and Muro Gantara

Organizations: Lone wolf, Conclave of Heaven, Any guild that offers them good pay or any companies that is in need of a warrior

NPC Reactions: "THAT WAS AWESOME, how did you do it?"

Heaven Strikers in the game are skilled martial artists that uses a energy they recive from heaven, They fight like monks up close and doesn't back down that spot taking on multiple opponents

Adaptation: Limiting what Longinus can take for shape in power and range aswell.

Sample Encounter: The party was resting up in a tavern from a fierce fight when a Noble comes running into that tavern the party is in looking like he might faint from the sheer panic he feels at the moment and asks the party if they can defeat the person who's chasing him as the Heaven striker enters the tavern.
