I played this guy up to 19, short discription of what a turn went like with me, i go first, i kill eveything in the room. move to next room.

Also, creative application of spellstoring arrows is fun and effective.
you just have a high dex and like 4 items that add to Initiative (Improved Initiative +4, Roaring (armor)+4,Eger +2/ Warning +5 (bowblade)) so when i was done he had a modifier of 24. my final attacks looked like 38/38/31/26/21 2d6+20 19-20 x3 the force on the bow ignores most dr. with the haste and the battle belt you can clear a room befor you team knows whats going on.

 Side Notes
you run out of feats really quick well good ones anyway. you may try The Exotic Weapon Master inplace of the OoBI and pick up a Greatbow (exotic wep). Also, please note that once he is proficient with a Greatbow all feats relating to a Longbow, (Weapon Focus, Weapon Specialization etc.) also apply to the Greatbow RotW.

untill they can ignore all cover stick bad guys behind stuff, or just and a really big number to Initiative
you can not enter order of the bow int. if you are a human !!!
