Your presence fills the heart of the living with unbearable fear causing them to cry in terror.

Hit: 1d8 + Charisma modifier necrotic damage and you gain temporary hit points equal to 2 + your Charisma modifier.

Attack: Intelligence Vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d10 + Intelligence modifier damage, you can push the enemy 1 square
Level 21: 2d10 + Intelligence modifier damage
Poltergeist: If attack roll fails you can reroll once per encounter

Haunter's Wrath Haunt Attack 1
You peer into the mind of another, revealing their greatest fears and casting thm forth before your enemies eyes.

No Action Personal
Trigger: You attack an enemy successfully
Target: The triggering enemy
Effect: The enemy takes 1d10 extra damage and you gain a healing surge.
Level 17: 2d10 extra damage

Level 27: 3d10 extra damage

Whisperer: Target is immobilized until the end of your next turn.

Phantom's Leap Haunt Attack 1
You enter the minds of your foes and plunge them into a nightmare as you shift through the chaos.
Daily Star.gif Shadow
Standard Action Close Burst 3
Target: Each enemy in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Will
Hit: 3d6 + Charisma modifier damage and ongoing 5 damage. (Save ends)
Miss: Half damage
Effect: You teleport to any square in the burst and are invisible until the start of your next turn.
Poltergeist: Add + 2 to attack roll

Effect: You gain a + 5 to next Athletics, Endurance, or Strength checks before the end of the Encounter.
Whisperer: In addtion you gain + 5 to next Stealth check before t end of the encounter.

Savage Haunting Haunt Attack 5
You shriek and howl, shaking the very fabric of reality and twisting the minds of your foes leaving them lost in darkness, and terror.
Daily Star.gif Shadow
Standard Action Close Burst 1
Target: Each Creature in burst
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Will
Hit: 2d10 + Intelligence modifier damage
Miss: Half damage
Effect: Until the end of the encounter you gain + 2 power bonus to attack rolls and + 4 power bonus to damage rols, you can also shift up to your speed as a move action, and you cannot spend healing surges to regain hit points.
Poltergeist: Add 1d12 extra damage to initial attack

Will of the Wisp Haunt Utility 6
A shocking howl is heard as your body implodes into a large cloud of blood red smoke.

Standard Action Personal
Effect: You are a cloud of red smoke, in his form you have a speed of 2 and a fly speed of 8. You cannot make attacks or hold or crr anything, your equipment becomes part of this form. You use a move action to return to your normal form.

You gain one more use of the Haunter's Wrath encounter power.

You gai a crawl sped equal o your speed. You can crawl n a ceilng or a similar surface. however if you end your turn on such a surface, you fall.

Drowning Horror Haunt Attack 9
Your haunter's spirit releases itself from you and torments the minds of you foes, leaving them in the palm of your hand.
Daily Star.gif Shadow
Standard Action Ranged 5
Target: One enemy
Attack: Charisma + 2 Vs. Will
Hit: The target is dominated. (Save ends) While the target is dominated by this power you can use a minor action to extract a healing surge and deal necrotic damage equal to you healing surge value. Doing so ends the domination.
Miss: The power is not expended.
Whisperer: When a healing surge is extracted you can choose to give it to an ally within 5 squares.

Night Walker Haunt Utility 10
You fade into the realm that exists in nightmares. A parallel plain that allows you to move by, unseen by those in the physical world.
Daily Star.gif Shadow
Minor Action Personal
Effect: You fade into a dream realm. While in this realm you are insubstantial and phasing. Gain a speed of 9 and a + 10 power bonus to Stealth checks. You cannot attack in this realm. This lasts until the end of your next turn, or until you use a minor action to end it.
Sustain Minor: This form persists until the end of your next turn.
Poltergeist: Gain + 5 power bonus to any Intimidate checks made in this form.
