Hatter's Hat is a snarky living hat that is shaped somewhat like a warped top-hat. It harbors a poltergeist inside of it. The Hatter's hat is very picky and if it doesn't like you, it's ribbons become wings and it flies away. If it does happen to like you, it will offer to make a pact with you, if you refuse, it flies away, if you agree, the hat will possess you briefly to see if you are a warlock, if you aren't it flies away, if you are, it makes a pact with you and you can select powers from the Hatter paragon path
