The hat of obsession appears to be a mundane straw wide-brim hat, but when worn gives a +2 bonus on spot and listen checks, however the wearer becomes obsessed with the hat, and must make a will save DC-20 every day it is worn or fall to the obsession, he/she must wear it all the time, and if it is destroyed he/she attempts to kill everybody around him/her in a bloody rage, giving him/her the "rage" ability during the act, a will save DC-22 must be made to resist killing everybody, even if it is failed he/she goes into a deep state of depression, having to make a will save DC of 10+1 per each made save or commit suicide, committing the bloodbath gets rid of the depression side...
