This spell increases the target's speed by 5ft and grants them an additional standard action/turn. This spell counters Stopra resulting in a neutralization reaction. This spell is cast through the Keyblade resulting in a lack of arcane spell failure.

Note: For a player to learn this spell they must already know Haste
