Scales.png This page is of questionable balance. Reason: I like the idea of fiery stealth, but it is abusable. You can deliberately fail a stealth check (-10 penalty if you run! not to mention heavy armour and shield) and instantly wipe out any number of minions at any range, at will. Fire Shift doesn't seem to have any benefit - all characters can shift. How does group stealth work fluff-wise?

Half-Kobolds[edit]

All the cunning of a kobold, all the awesomness of a tiefling.

Racial Traits
Average Height: 3'-5'
Average Weight: 55-100
Ability Scores: +2 Intelligence, +2 Dexterity or Charisma
Size: Small
Speed: 6 squares
Vision: Low-Light
Languages: Common, Goblin
Skill Bonuses: +2 Bluff, +2 Stealth
Fiery Stealth: If you make a stealth check to become hidden but fail to beat an enemy's passive perception, that enemy takes fire damage equal to your charisma modifier.
Blood Hunting.: +1 to attack rolls against bloodied foes. In addition, +1 to stealth and perception check against bloodied foes.
Fire Shift: You can shift one square. If you attack in the same turn you shift, you can make half the damage it deals fire damage.
Group Stealth.: all allies within 10 squares gain a +1 bonus to stealth checks.

Physical Qualities[edit]

half-kobolds are the result of tiflings breeding with kobolds. Usually these childern turn out to be tiflings, but occasionally a half-kobold is born. they can be extreemely stealthy at times, but can also make themselves the center of attention by bursting into flames. they are usually a tad smaller then tiflings even at their tallest, and their skin is always a shade of green, but also shows a tint of red. their lifespan is about half as long as elves.

Half-kobolds love to win.They make all they can do too win.The half-kobolds have a really big courage and the never reject a challenge.
