The ultimate technique in a Black Wizards arsenal, even the gods tremble before the might of the Hadoken.
Prerequisite: Ten levels in the 8-Bit Black Wizard class
Benefit: Allows the caster, once per day, to unleash pure energy in a tangible form as a magical blast dealing d100xCaster level to anything in a direct line of the caster up to 100 feet regardless of AC. Anything within 10 feet of the blast takes half damage.
