Prerequisites: Non-female
Summary: You are afraid of women.
Effect: A character with this flaw must make a charisma check (DC 15) every three minutes whenever they are near a woman. If they fail the check, they are unable to speak. If they fail by more than 10, they run away from the woman as fast as possible.
If they pass the check, nothing happens, except they still refuse to talk to the woman. The DC of the charisma check decreases by 1 each time the character passes it. After passing this check 5 turns in a row, they are now comfortable in the presence of this woman. If another woman appears, they must begin the checks again at DC 15.
If there are multiple women, the charisma check DC increases by 3 for each woman beyond the first.
