Guest Cloak (4e Equipment)

Guest Cloak[edit]
Some drow cities hand these out to visitors and demand all non-residents wear them (so outsiders can be easily discerned at a glance). They glow brightly when viewed under darkvision. Any non-drow caught not wearing one of these cloaks in some drow cities are usually executed.
