Your enemy can't escape your blades and is trapped in a dangerous situation no matter what they do

Standard Action Melee weapon
Requirement: Must be weilding a two-handed heavy blade
Attack: Charisma Vs. AC
Hit: 2[W]+Constitution modifier damage
Miss: Half damage
Effect: When the target hits or misses you or shifts, the target provokes an opportunity attack from you (save ends).
