Created by goblin forges, a goblin suit is usually two thin metal bands around the shoulders and half of a breastplate covering up the side that is usually used for attacking. The rest is covered in ogre hide leather with stitching from an elf's hair.

When a small or smaller creature wears a goblins suit, the Max Dex increases by +1 and the Spell Failure decreases to 0%. Great for mages and rogues.
