Scales.png This page is of questionable balance. Reason: Encounter power with a sustain that causes an ongoing condition? Doesn't make sense. The powers do not have correct range types. Pursuasion is an encounter power that gives a bonus that lasts until the end of the encounter. This is effectively a permanent bonus. Geas of Command's sustain doesn't make sense either. Maybe they were supposed to be in different fields.

Geas Lord[edit]

I order you to die!

Prerequisite: Any psionic class

The training of your mind has given you the power of the Geas, a magical ability to command others to do your bidding. It usually manifests itself as an alteration to one of your eyes, although it has also been known to become visible as a mark on the hand, or on the forehead. The Geas enables you to issue simple orders to those who are not nearly so strong as yourself, to command and demand obedience.

Geas Lord Path Features[edit]

Commanding Presence (11th Level): You gain a +2 bonus to Bluff, Diplomacy, and Intimidate checks.
Force of the Geas (11th Level): When you spend an action point to take an extra action, you gain a +5 bonus to Bluff and Intimidate checks until the end of your next turn.
Simple Geas (16th Level): When you score a critical hit with a power that targets the Will defense, the target is dominated until the start of your next turn.


Geas Minor Geas Lord Attack 11
You give an order, and it is obeyed.
Encounter Star.gif Psionic, Psychic, Implement
Standard Action 6
Target: One enemy
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Will
Hit: 3d8 + Intelligence modifier damage, and target is dominated until the start of your next turn.
Sustain Minor: Spend 2 power points to dominate the target (save ends).



Persuasion Geas Lord Utility 12
The Geas imbues your words with an increased force.
Encounter Star.gif Psionic
Minor Action '
Effect: You use your Intelligence modifier instead of your Charisma modifier to determine Bluff, Diplomacy, and Intimidate checks until the end of the encounter.



Geas of Command Geas Lord Attack 20
Your authority presses strongly against an enemy.
Daily Star.gif Psionic, Psychic, Implement

Target: One enemy
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Will
Hit: 3d10 + Intelligence modifier damage, and target is dominated (save ends).
Sustain Minor: Spend 2 power points to dominate the target until the end of the encounter.
Special: You may command the target to take a standard, move, and minor action each round that it is dominated by you.
