Because you are highly bright & highly motivated, you have gleaned some experience & techniques outside of your normal sphere.
Prerequisite: Intelligence 18+
Benefit: You gain three additional Skill Points at each level.
Normal: Your class's Skill Points augmented by your Intelligence modifier solely determine your Skill Points.
Special: You may take this feat more than once, each time you take it you are granted three additional Skill Points per level.
