You are extremely loyal to the Potentate and his bureaucracy.
Prerequisite: Imperial or, Imperial Assimilated
Benefit: While being with an Imperial figurehead you gain +2 to all rolls, if you are with the Potetate himself, those bonus climb to +4. If the potentate is threatened the bonus climb to +6.
