Foolish Fire [Pooka]

The Foolish Fire. Also known as the Ignis Fatuus, the Teine Fey and the Spook-light, this illusory trick is a favourite in the repartoire of powerful Pookas.
Prerequisite: Pooka
Benefit: You can swap one 1st-level or higher Enounter attack power you know for the Foolish Fire attack power. Once per Encounter you can create a 1 square zone within 20 squares, occupied by the Foolish Fire. The zone lasts for one turn, but as a minor action, you can sustain the zone.
Foolish Fire Pooka Racial Power
You summon a false flame to mislead the unwary, luring them into a neverending nowhere.
Encounter Star.gif Illusion, Zone
Standard Action Area 1 square within 20 squares, area burst 10
Target: Each enemy in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Will
Hit: The Foolish Fire zone pulls the target 3 squares. A target that ends this movement within the zone or adjacent to the zone is immobilized (save ends).
Effect: The power's area becomes a 1 square zone occupied by a floating orb of eerie spectral fire (resembling a Will o' Wisp) that lasts until your next turn. Each turn you sustain the Foolish Fire zone, it attracts all enemies within an area burst of 10 squares.
Aftereffect: The target is dazed and grants combat advantage until the end of your next turn.
Sustain Minor: The zone persists.
Special: Blind enemies are unnaffected by this power.
