Fidgetophoric (3.5e Trait)

Can't seem to hold still. At all. Must always be moving.
Benefit: You gain a +1 bonus to Reflex saves.
Drawback: You take a -1 penalty to Hide checks and Move Silently checks.
Roleplaying Ideas: If you are in say a tavern, you would not be able to sit and enjoy a drink, No. you would have to be dancing or running around in a circle outside, or fidgeting in your seat making it hard to look calm.
