Fidgetophoric (3.5e Trait)

Scales.png This page is of questionable balance. Reason: What other skill checks require you to "be still" other than hide? Benefits are too great.

[edit] Fidgetophoric

Cant seem to hold still. At all. Must always be moving.
Benefit: grants you +2 to reflex saves, and a +1 dodge bonus to AC
Drawback: Hard to rest and gather strength. Whenever you make a skill check or similar roll that would require you to be still (hide or stealth for instance), you take a -4 penalty to the check. You cannot rest for the full day to gain such benefits, and have to make a DC 10+(HD/2) will save to go to sleep. You may make this check once per hour.
Roleplaying Ideas: If you are in say a tavern, you would not be able to sit and enjoy a drink, No. you would have to be dancing or running around in a circle outside, or fidgeting in your seat making it hard to look calm.
