This item resembles a jet black eyepatch and must be worn on the face, although it does not take up an item slot by itself. The wearer of the eyepatch can still wear a helmet, mask or headband. When worn, it bestows upon the user a competence bonus to Intimidate checks equal to the eyepatch's enhancement bonus.
Prereqs: Craft Wondrous Item, cause fear. Caster level must be at least equal to the eyepatch's enhancement bonus.
Cost to Create: 800 gp (+2), 3,200 gp (+4), 7,200 gp (+6), 12,800 gp (+8), 20,000 gp (+10).
