Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Weirding Module)

You are proficient with the sonic-based Weirding modules.
Prerequisite: Loyalty [Atreides] 2+, Personal Firearms Proficiency.
Benefit: You make attack rolls with the weapon normally.
Normal: A character who uses a weapon without being proficient with it takes a –4 penalty on attack rolls.
Special: The weirding modules are sonic-based ranged weapons created solely for the 1984 David Lynch movie version of Dune. They are not canonical devices and should only be included at the GM’s discretion. They are presented solely for a sense of thoroughness.
