Target must be a Fey creature or have 15 Intelligence or more. Enhance the target's memory to hold the same capacity as a ritual book or spell book.
- note: This ritual only expands the memory of a character, and does not cause the character to memorize any rituals. To memorize rituals, they must use the Memorize Ritual ritual.
