[edit] Introduction

A female fey, who stands short in stature, but whose bloodline gives other "advantages". Fey Elves have exceptionally large breasts. Anywhere from 30lbs a breast up to 60lbs. These endowments are highly irritating to the female and are a obstacle she is constantly struggling against. These endowments weigh her down and make it difficult for her to dodge or hit enemies. A Fey Elf is almost always on a quest to find peace in herself.

[edit] Physical Description

Standing anywhere between 3' to 4' the Fey Elf makes up for her small stature with outrageous endowments. A Fey Elf hits puberty exceptionally fast and finishes growing (height) at age 23. A Fey Elf finishing their elementary puberty may have breasts weighing anywhere between 10lbs to 20lbs a piece from that point on that Fey Elf gains 1d6 lbs of breast flesh (per breast) every 5 years or a 1d2 every year (to determine this roll a % a 75 or lower is every 5 years if higher then every year). To determine the starting breast weight (per breast) roll 2d6x2 + con mod. Most Fey Elves are extremly attractive and their breasts are exceptionally firm. Fey Elves generally make extremelly tight fitting clothes to surpress their breast size and stay as modest as possible. Fey elves do not incur a penalty to carrying weight due to their size, but do not recieve the bonuses either.

The Fey Elf is more often than not a loner who hides in embarresment, more often than not they consider their condition a curse. A Fey Elf is constantly on a search to find and come at peace with herself. Generally not angry or resentful. A Fey Elf is more often than not depressed or easily offended, though she may not admit it. A Fey Elf's attitdue is generally pretty eratic jumping from ecstatic to depressed in seconds. Often a good choice for a sentimental Bard, Ranger, Warlock or Sorcerer, or for a character who needs some personality spice. Even should a Fey Elf discover her natural talent for charm she has trouble using it, thinking herself ugly or hideous even in other's eyes.

A Fey Elf is never accepted into elf society and more often than not is shunned by her fey companions as well. More often than not a loner.

[edit] Alignment

Almost always chaotic, and gravitate toward good or neutral. Evil Fey Elves are not too uncommon (in their unbelievably rare race). For a Fey Elf could be goaded by the local populace too many times and turn from regretful to vengenceful. These Fey Elves do not occur immedietly at puburty however they would need to be assalted and upset many a time before turning naturaly hostile.

Fey Elves do not have land of their own, they dwell in forest with other feys if they will have them. Otherwise they wander the foresets alone. Humans may accept Fey Elves into their society, depending on the humans dwelling there. Other races may accept Fey Elves into their cluster, it just depends on how hospitabal the people are.

Fey Elves worship nature, they believe the mother earth (Gaïa) is the only true goddess. They believe in reincarnation in the afterlife.

Fey Elves speak common, sylvan and elven, overall they prefer sylvan.

Fey Elves are born of a male elf and a nymph, a rare bond at best which create a rarer race. Every child the nymph has that meet this bonds requirements has a 1% chance of being a female. If a child born from a male elf and a nymph is female it is a Fey Elf.

[edit] Art & Culture

Fey Elves are know for their extremelly delicate looking but beautiful and luxiours clothes, made from grass, leaves, ropes, dead animal fur, dew and bark, rich collectors of fine clothes long after them and seek them our all their life. Other than clothes ( wouldn't fit the collectors anyway) the Fey Elves bring suprisingly little to the table of culture or art.

The names are generally elvish in sound, but a few nymph names have been passed down to their daughters: Azuya, Mardinalz

[edit] Racial Traits

  • +2 Strength, -4 Dexterity, +8 Charisma: Fey elves are exceptionally differnt from their elven cousins. They are slightly stronger than normal elves and are considered more charismatic from the beauty of their nymph mothers and because of the novelty of their bodies.
  • Fey: Fey elves are fey, being closer to the Faeries than other humanoid elves, they still remain elves.
  • Mixed Blood: To represent their mixed blood spells affect Fey Elves as if they were Fey and Elf.
  • Small: Although the Fey Nymph is of small size she does not gain small bonuses to AC, Attack or hide check because of her body type, but she also doesn't incure the decreased carrying limit. She uses smaller weapons than humans use.
  • Exceptionally Buxom The Fey Elf has to calculate her breast weight and subtract that from her total pack weight. Furthermore the character's body is too unnatural or protrudes too much at a point, so a Fey Elf can never gain dodge bonuses to her AC class and is always considered flat footed. Furthermore a Fey Elf always recieves a -2 per 20lbs (breast fat) to all balance and jump checks. A Fey Elf must always make a DC: 15 balance check after a jump check.
  • Fey Elf base land speed is 15ft.
  • Accustumed to Encumberance Fey Elves never suffer any of the penalties from being in heavy or medium load and/or from wearing heavy armor because of their growing accustomed to always having something in their way.
  • Fey Deflection The Fey Elf recieves her charisma modifier as a deflection bonus.
  • Fey Glamour (Ex): Add Charisma Modifier to Caster Level for enchantment spells and spell-like abilities.
  • Fey Sense (Ex): +4 to Listen, Search, Spot
  • Fey Elf Modesty (Ex): +20 to Craft Clothes, Profession Taylor
  • Fey Mind (Ex): Immunity to mind-affecting effect.
  • Spell-Like Ability: At will — Charm Person. Total HD is 5. The save DC is Charisma-based. 3/Day — Charm Monster. Challange rating is halved for total HD. The save DC is Charisma-based. 1/Day — Dominate Person. Challange rating is the total HD. The save DC is Charisma-based.
  • Automatic Languages: Common, Elven, Sylvan. Bonus Languages: Any (except secret)
  • Favored Class: Warlock
  • Level Adjustment: 2
