- Trance
- Fey Step
- +2 Intelligence bonus
Elf:
- Elven Accuracy
- +2 Wisdom Bonus
Benefits:
- You gain a +2 racial bonus to your Charisma score.
- Elven Beauty: You can use the Elven Beauty power as an encounter power.
