Class Features[edit]

All of the following are class features of the <-class name->.

Gluttonous Build (Ex): The physical stature of Disciple of Gluttony lets them function in many ways as if they were one size category larger. Whenever the Disciple is subject to a size modifier or special size modifier for an opposed check (such as during grapple checks, bull rush attempts, and trip attempts), the Disciple of Gluttony is treated as one size larger if doing so is advantageous to him. A Disciple of Gluttony is also considered to be one size larger when determining whether a creature’s special attacks based on size (such as improved grab or swallow whole) can affect him. A Disciple of Gluttony can use weapons designed for a creature one size larger without penalty. However, his space and reach remain those of a creature of his actual size. The benefits of this racial trait stack with the effects of powers, abilities, and spells that change the subject’s size category. However the base land speed of a Disciple of Gluttony is halved (rounded to the lowest 5).

Constitution Bonus (Ex): At each level the Disciple of Gluttony gain a bonus of +1 to Constitution, however for each 2 point of Constitution gained he take a −1 to Dexterity.

Damage Reduction (Ex): At 2nd level, the Disciple of Gluttony is granted a Damage Reduction 2/-, at 4th level the damage reduction upgrade to 4.

Fat Armor (Ex): At 3rd level, the Disciple of Gluttony may add his Constitution modifier as a Natural Armor bonus to his AC. This stack with preexisting natural armor.

Profane Hunger (Su): Once per day as a standard action (who provoke no AoO), the Disciple of Gluttony may grant himself a +6 Bonus on Strength and Constitution which last 1 round/Constitution Modifier. After the Profane Hunger time elapse, the Disciple of Hunger become Exhausted and take 2 non-lethal damage per round he was in his Profane Hunger.

Ex-Disciple of the Seven Deadly Sins[edit]

Disciples of any of the Sins, should they fall from the favor of their respective patron by means of continued actions not suiting of their alignment, each suffer a different form of penalty as an "ironic" fate. For instance, a disciple of Gluttony will find himself losing weight at an alarming rate, as well as being seized by a hunger that cannot be sated, requiring increased food intake and a Constitution penalty, while an ex-disciple of Wrath may become so complacent with the world around them that they attack even in self defense unwillingly, taking penalties on their to-hit rolls as they swing halfheartedly at even the direst of foes. Once Atonement is cast, a disciple will be filled with the spirit of their patron sin and plunge headlong into the first opportunity they receive to indulge their suppressed desires, gaining a +2 to Initiative for their first encounter after atoning.

Disciple of the Seven Deadly Sins in the World[edit]

You know, I like you. Just to show you, I'm gonna kill you, and then I'm gonna eat you. Your friend, I don't like so much. I'm gonna do the same, just not in that order.

Depending on the Sin that a disciple follows, one can fit in any number of spots in society from serial killers to chefs, debt collectors to governors. It all depends on how which Sin is chosen, and then far a disciple is willing to go to fulfill its terms.

NPC Reactions: Again, this varies immensely with different disciples. A Disciple of Pride may be a respected and skilled diplomat, who keeps his ulterior motives concealed beneath a youthful appearance and a silver-tongue, whereas a Disciple of Lust a black widow who marries wealthy and kills her spouse to accumulate a fortune. It is important to note, however, that disciples of Pride and Lust especially are often difficult to detect as evil without either a high level of perception or (obviously) a Detect Evil spell. Others, like most Disciples of Gluttony or Wrath, are generally as ugly on the outside as their ulterior motives would suggest.
