Scales.png This page is of questionable balance. Reason: Twice as long to travel alone is not a significant drawback because 1) most times you are with a party, and 2) traveling isn't necessarily eventful.

You can help D&D Wiki by better balancing the mechanics of this page. When the mechanics have been changed so that this template is no longer applicable please remove this template. If you do not understand balance please leave comments on this page's talk page before making any edits.

Directionless [General][edit]

You have no sense of direction, you cannot get anywhere without the help of a map and compass, or someone else. Directions are useless to you. Even setting out more than 5 feet you become obliviously lost.
Effect: -4 to Survival checks, you are unaffected by any know direction spell or spell-like ability, and it takes twice as long to travel anywhere without the help of a compass and map, or traveling with someone who is competent enough to help guide you. On the other hand from all the wandering and traveling of being lost your body is more durable.
Roleplaying Ideas: The powerful swordsman with no sense of direction. The powerful Martial Artist with no sense of direction. "Right everyone lets go north". 'you go east'
