[edit] Demon Shaper
A Demon Shaper has little to worry about through out any battle or situation, as they know they have the ability to pull through. their one unnerving ability is their powers to shapeshift parts of their body into otherworldy creatures, granting powerful abilities.
[edit] Making a Demon Shaper
Demon Shapers are great for all around fighting, but since their powers are somewhat random, they tend to adapt their role constantly.
Abilities: Constitution for Health, everything else can be anything.
Races: any race with an intelligence can take this class, as it tends to kill the unintelligent.
Alignment: must be either Chaotic-Neutral, Chaotic-Evil or Neutral-Evil
Starting Gold: <-starting gold; YdZ->×10 gp (<-average starting gold. This calculated by multiplying the number of die rolls by the die size plus one and mulitplying the result by 5 [Y × (Z + 1) × 5].-> gp).

<-fluff about class features->. All of the following are class features of the Demon Shaper.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: the Demon Shaper is proficient with no weapons, shields or armor, except those provided by his Demonic Shape ability.
Demonic Shape(Arm) (Ex): you imbue your arm with demonic energies, forcing it to take form of a demon. roll a 1d6 to determine what your arm turns into, based on the table below. the Blade arm deals 1d10 damage when it hits. the Cannon deals 1d12 when it hits, and has a range of 300 ft. the Tentacles may be used within a range of 15ft, and deal 1d6 damage, but grant 1d4 bonus attacks per round. the Axe deals 1d12 damage upon hit. the DemonArm shape allows the user to retain the regular function of the arm, as well as grant a claw attack that deals 1d8 damage.

Demonic Shape(Leg) (Ex): you imbue your leg with demonic powers and gain a ability to one of your legs as per the result of a 1d6 roll(results on the table below). the Speed Leg will grant you a +10 to movement speed. the Burner Leg grants you a +40ft fly speed. the tentacle leg allows you to climb any surface at your land speed. the Blade Leg allows you to attack with it, dealing 1d10 damage. the DemonLeg form acts as a normal leg, and grants a +5 bonus to land speed, and jump checks. it also has a +2 to hit, and a +2 to damage.

Demonic Shape(Torso) (Ex): you imbue your demonic energies into your torso, allowing you to sprout additional demon parts from your back. The Spike form makes you sprout spikes from your back, these spikes grant +4 natural AC and may be used to attack for 1d8 damage. the Shell form grants a +6 Natural AC, as well as an additional +4 when using the defensive action(+10) and an additional +4 for using the full defense action(+14). the Tentacles form allows you to attack 1d4 extra times per round, dealing 1d6 damage per attack. the wings form grants a +30 to fly speed. the energy form allows you to release energy from your back, shooting it at individual foes, or affecting a 20ft radius area, deals 3d10 damage upon hit, element must be chosen when the form is taken.

Demonic Shape(Head) (Ex): you imbue your head with demonic energy, forcing it to take a different form. the Axe head form grants an attack that deals 1d10 damage. the Helmet head form grant a +3 to AC, and immunity to critical hits. the Fanged Head Form grants an attack that deals 1d8 damage and 1d4 bleeding damage. the cannibalistic Head form gives you an attack that deals 1d6 damage, and adds another +1d6 for each creature killed during a single transformation(max +5d6). the demonic head form grants +3 to AC, as well as fast healing 2.

Demonic Shape(Full) (Ex): you imbue your entire body with pure demonic energy, changing you fully to a different form. the Offense shape grants you 6 attacks per round, one from each arm, one from each leg, one from the blade on your head, and one from your spiked back, each deals 1d10 damage. the Defense Shape grants you a +20 to AC, immunity to critical hits, DR5/-, and 25 temporary hit points. the Ranged Shape Grants you a fly speed of 110ft, two attacks each ranging 300 ft, and dealing 2d12 each. the Swift Shape grants the user with 12 tentacles, each with one attack per turn, dealing 1d6 damage each, and with a range of 40ft. if an opponent sunders a tentacle, it falls off and dies, and you grow two more. the Demonic shape grants fast healing 10, +5 to all damage, +5 to hit, and you retain all normal body functions. Ultimate form grants fast healing 7, +10 ac, 6 tentacle attacks(1d6), 3 blade attacks(1d10), one cannon attack(2d12), DR3/-, immunity to critical hits, and your critical multipliers are changed to x4.

Demon Shape: this ability shows how many rounds you may sustain any givin Demonic Shape.Add your Con to the roll to determine the number of rounds you may use a form. you may not terminate the transformation before it is over, nor may you use it longer than the givin time. you may choose to half the time to roll twice and have it affect both arms/legs. for example a lvl 15 Demon Shaper would be able to take form for 5d4 rounds +6(22 con), average 16. he can choose to roll twice, granting a cannon to one are and tentacles to the other, in exchange for only 8 rounds of transformation time. you may only roll twice for arms and legs. dual wielding is still necessary should you use two different weapons in one round
Demon Shift: the act of using one of your Demonic Shape abilities. this details how fast you enter the Shape. you may enter more than one shape at a time, but you must spend your Demonic Shift time once for each. While using your Demon Shift ability, you are only allowed to take move actions.
[edit] Ex-Demon Shaper
When a Demon Shaper becomes good, he loses all his Demon Shaping abilities. furthermore if he chooses to use them, then he immediately takes 4d12 damage and loses the limb he tried to shape. if this failed attempt is the head, the character dies, if it is the torso, they sustain a permanent 1d4 bleed, which can only be removed by wish. an Ex-Demon Shaper may atone to regain all his abilities.

Demonic Shape: there is no longer a limit to how long you take a certain form for. you may enter or exit the forms at will, but only once per round per limb.
Demon Perfection 1: you may now begin to focus and specialize in your shapes, select one shape, you no longer have to roll for the shape, you can choose freely. you may not select the Demonic shape(Full)

[edit] Demon Shapers in the Game
Pc Demon Shapers tend to be the first one to start any fight, as they can use their transformations swiftly and effectively across all ranges. NPC Demon Shapers keep to themselves, going solo for their entire lives, killing any who oppose their goals.
Adaptation: maybe a variant that focuses on using just one limb to transform.
Sample Encounter: as you cross a narrow bridge you pass a man wearing a black cloak, with the hood over his face. as you walk by he bumbs into your shoulder, pushing you aside. then he stops, and suddenly his arm explodes into a giant Axe, and he spins and swings it at you.
