Through intentional gorging and general gluttony you gain regeneration 1 when you are bloodied and an extra healing surge but you lose some mobility
Prerequisite: Vasharan (human subrace), 13 Con
Benefit: you gain regeneration 1 when you are bloodied and an extra healing surge but you lose 1 square of movement.
