Deafening Spell [Metamagic]

You can modify a spell so that it deafens targets.
Benefit: You gain deafening spell as an encounter power.
Deafening Spell Feat Power
Your spell unleashes a thunderous burst, deafening your foes temporarily.
Encounter Star.gif Metamagic, Thunder
Free Action Personal
Trigger:
Requirement: You use an Attack Power.
Effect: All creatures hit by your power are deafened until the end of your next turn.
